I look forward to scheduling return clients, trying to imagine what the kids/baby’s look like since I last photographed them, how tall they have gotten….. Anyways, Little Peyton here I have photographed since she was one and at that time she had hardly any hair, then at two it was a slight bit longer, not when she walked in the door here at 3 I couldn’t believe my eyes! This once little baby/toddler, now seems all grown up, with long wavy hair (she said her mom put curlers in it), loves to dress up in dresses, has a very large vocabulary, and actually likes getting her picture taken! She was actually a breeze to photograph. She became a new big sister about 2.5 weeks about, little Abigail (which I photographed as a newborn last week) was wide awake for almost all of her photographs with her big sister. Ava & Jack – Newborn Twins Pictures02.21.12
Aren’t these two little twins adorable? They are about 6 days old here, they were big babies for twins. Way to go mom! Little Jack was the bigger of the two and he started off the session amazing as he slept in anything I put him in, even kept sleeping when his sister was squirming beside him. I finally got to use my rabbit outfit! Doesn’t Jack look great in it? I talked my oldest into helping me sew and stuff the carrots one night last week in hopes that we could use them, hey! Little Ava was a little drama queen at the beginning, but after getting a full belly she slipped into a deep sleep for her photo session. I think we managed to get amazing photos of these two. Charis- Newborn Pictures02.21.12
I love taking pictures that creative memories and freeze in time those extra special moments that go by way to fast. I have been taking pictures for this family for several years and was truly excited to be able to take these newborn pictures of this new little one. She has a very unique name “Charis” which means Greek Goddness. I though we should do a picture that represented her name so the flower headpiece and pinkish/red wrap are my way of making her into a modern time Goddess. Little Charis didn’t sleep to long, so I got some rare newborn pictures with her awake. Taking newborn pictures are always exciting for me and I get my studio ready before a session, sometimes taking as long as an hour and a half selecting what backdrops, baskets, props, and scenes I want to use when the baby arrives. I love to be creative and try new ideas at every session, but if a mom or dad has something they have seen that they really want, I will definitely pull that out and do it. Some baby’s are very calm and sleepy during their session, and others are awake. We got some of both moments with little Charis. Her brother and sister we very good and helpful in waiting for their turn. Hope you love these! Seems like it’s been lots of newborn lately, but I love it so keep them coming! Newborn Photography- Baby Abigail02.18.12
I absolutely LOVE taking newborn pictures. I love to use new props and well as mixing in ones I’ve used before. Little Abigail was the perfect newborn, she never really work up the entire newborn session. I think this was my quickest session in less than 50 minutes! We got tons of amazing pictures of little Abigail and I got to try a few new ideas and props out on her. I hope you all enjoy these pictures, they truly speak a thousand words. Maternity Pictures – Jennifer02.15.12
I had an amazing time taking these maternity pictures of Jennifer and her beautiful little tummy. It’s hard to believe that she’s going to be due in just a few short weeks! I love how maternity pictures treasure forever that amazing time in your life where you are caring you little one inside of you. I truly regret not taking maternity or belly pictures when I was pregnant. My kids are always asking me what I looked like when they were inside of me, I wish I would have had amazing pictures like these to show them. Baby Photographer- Irelyn 6 months02.04.12
I got blessed to be able to photograph these 2 little bundles of joy. Irelyn was just learning to sit up, so thank goodness for fast shutter speeds and quick mommy hand. Irelyn had the cutest dress so we thought since it is close to Valentines Day that we’d do a few photos with some V-Day hearts. Hope you love them all!
