I had a wonderful time with Diane and Travis for their engagement session. We decided to head downtown first to get some old/rustic backgrounds. They are avid kick boxers, so we pulled out the gloves for some fun shots. Travis actually proposed to Diane by putting the ring inside her glove! Afterward conquering downtown we headed over to Riverdale Park in Sioux Falls and took in the beautiful old bridges and green grasses. My summer assistant, Stephen, came along to help me with this engagement session. He did an amazing job getting some fun side angles of Travis & Diane! I had a wonderful time with Sara & Ryan on Monday at Falls Park in Sioux Falls for their engagement session. The brought their bikes which made great props for the pictures! Again, another windy day at the Falls, after we took a few pictures there we headed to Dell Rapids. David had scouted out the area before we got there so he know exactly where to go, Great Job! Jayme & Trevor – Engagement Pictures11.07.11
Isn’t this the most gorgeous spot for fall pictures? Jayme and Trevor asked if they could take their engagement pictures down in Newton Hills and since they are family I decided to travel down their with them and see what Newton Hill offered! Well, I absolutely fell in love with the location! There were so many backgrounds and props I could have been there a lot longer, but the sun went down first. Jayme is my sister-in-law and I am super excited to be her matron of honor at their June 30, 2011 wedding. This means someone else is going to have to do the photography for this wedding as I am going to enjoy being in the wedding party and not behind the camera for once.
